This role is crucial for ensuring the vessel’s technical systems are maintained and operational.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the vessel’s dynamic positioning (DP) systems.
• Ensure all DP equipment is functioning correctly and perform regular inspections and diagnostics.
• Manage the technical operations of the vessel, including propulsion, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Chief Engineer, shall hold Class 1 Motor Certificate of Competency
• Minimum three years’ experience on DP vessels
