David Hill

Mr. David John Hill, founder of Britoil, is a distinguished figure in the offshore marine industry with over 60 years of experience, particularly in operating anchor handling tugs and supply vessels. As a Master Mariner, he has dedicated more than 50 years to the offshore energy sector, collaborating with leading oil and gas companies worldwide.

His leadership is characterized by resilience and decisive action, often staying onboard vessels for weeks to instruct captains and crew in the finer points of anchor handling and towing.

Mr. Hill’s emphasis on meticulous vessel maintenance has earned Britoil a stellar reputation for quality and safety, fostering long-lasting client relationships. His passion for marine operations continues to drive the company’s success.

Florent Kirchhoff

With over 20 years of international business experience spanning Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, Florent has demonstrated his ability to enter new markets and drive growth through the establishment of profitable and enduring business partnerships. His credentials include managing operations and P&L responsibilities for leading marine service companies.


Florent thrives in leading multicultural teams, uniting diverse skill sets in chartering, operations, technical management, finance, and strategic planning. His leadership has been instrumental in developing and executing strategies that ensure operational excellence and deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions anchored in a service mindset.

Dr. Yanir Landenberg
Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Yanir Landenberg

Dr. Yanir Landenberg brings over fifteen years of expertise, with a proven track record in guiding financial and commercial strategic activities, primarily in the shipping industry. He has successfully led NYSE Initial Public Offerings.

As the Chief Financial Officer for Britoil Offshore Services, he oversees Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Planning, and Budget functions. His management of large-scale budgets and company turnover has led to successful modernization of internal corporate finance, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards.

Ernest Loh
Head of Strategic Business Unit - Asia Pacific

Ernest Loh

An experienced OSV industry player, Ernest has spent his entire career to-date with global shipping groups, constantly on the commercial front. Working out of Singapore, he has a positive can-do spirit and keen interest in offshore energy activities involving all types of OSVs. He believes in thinking out of the box to provide customers with reliable and sustainable solutions.

Now appointed as the Head of Strategic Business Unit - Asia Pacific at Britoil, Ernest combines a unique blend of strong industry expertise, a well-honed commercial shipping acumen, stellar relationships across the region, and the ability to work well under pressure. He has delivered a significant track record of success and broken new ground through savvy expansion strategies.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Honors) from the University of London and was a member of the Institute of the Chartered Shipbrokers.

Andrea Cavo
Head of Strategic Business Unit - Europe, Mediterranean & Americas

Andrea Cavo

Andrea Cavo brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Head of Italy SBU at Britoil. With over 12 years of leadership experience in offshore services, Andrea has held various key positions including Managing Director, Business Manager, and Operations Manager. 

His extensive background in managing complex operations and driving business development initiatives has equipped him with a deep understanding of the offshore energy industry. Over the past year at Britoil, Andrea has successfully led the Europe, Mediterranean, and Americas regions, demonstrating his strategic vision and leadership capabilities.

Sebastien Charrier
Head of Strategic Business Unit - Middle East & Africa

Sebastien Charrier

A multi-cultural leader with over 20 years of experience in international business development, management, and sales of marine services within the offshore oil & gas industry. Sebastien has a proven track record of working with a diverse range of customers, including E&P majors, minors, juniors, NOCs, and EPCs.

Guided by strong values of humility, integrity, teamwork, and resilience, Sebastien leverages his experience and expertise to lead the Strategic Business Unit for the Middle East and Africa at Britoil, navigating its uniquely dynamic and multicultural business environment.

Isaac Chua
Global Head of Operations

Isaac Chua

With 20 years of sailing experience across various vessel types and 15 years of onshore management expertise in the maritime and offshore sectors, Isaac joined Britoil Offshore Services as the Global Head of Operations, tasked with leading, strategizing, and safeguarding our impeccable operational reputation within the industry.

Isaac has extensive experience managing seismic vessels, accommodation workboats, anchor handling, towing, and offshore support vessels. His robust background includes working with various offshore and national oil companies, where he has successfully managed complex offshore projects and diverse teams. He excels in overseeing marine operations, ensuring safety compliance, and achieving operational excellence.

 

Mohit Sabharwal
Global Head of Technical

Mohit Sabharwal

Mohit, with over 25 years of experience in marine engineering and a specialization in the offshore vessel industry, currently serves as the Global Head of Technical at Britoil Offshore Services, leading strategic and high-stakes engineering initiatives. He has held key roles as Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager and has developed his expertise through work as a Marine Warranty Surveyor for a classification society. 

Mohit holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Studies from NTU, Singapore, and has completed advanced coursework in Business Analytics, Economics, and Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School.
