The Britoil Defiance is the latest vessel to join the Britoil fleet, and arrived in Singapore on 27th November after a voyage from China which involved avoiding two typhoons. The Defiance was under the command of Captain Rowen Lagcao, who was previously Master on the Britoil Discovery, and we thank him and his crew for delivering the vessel to Singapore safely.

While the Britoil Defiance was moored alongside Mooreast Shipyard in Singapore, Britoil’s senior management inspected the vessel thoroughly from the top of the wheelhouse all the way down to the bottom of the engine room. It was very obvious that this was an outstanding vessel fitted with first class equipment, and everyone was impressed by the excellent condition of this vessel. She looked absolutely splendid painted in Britoil colours, and I am sure she will prove to be one of the best vessels in our fleet.
